DESCRIPTION OF THE COTTAGE :
On the ground floor a large entrance communicating with the laundry room (where the washing machine) takes you to the first floor composed of:
– A large part has to live of 40m2 where an integrated kitchen with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer and microwave, you can cook at your ease.
– The dining area accommodates a table for 8 to 10 people.
You can relax in the living room on a large leather corner sofa, a flat screen that receives TNT Freeview and DVD player are available..
The bay window of the living room opens onto a fitted 20m2 wooden terrace with outdoor furniture.
– A 20m2 bedroom with a bed 160×200 cm
– A bathroom with shower 120×80 cm and double washbasin
– A separate WC
On the 2nd floor are located:
– A room with a bed of 160×200 cm
– A large dorm room with three beds of 90×200 cm and a bench BZ 140×200 cm with a very comfortable mattress
– A bathroom with a shower 120×80 cm, double basin and WC.
